I’m so excited to share Kristen & Chris’s Engagement Session on the blog today!

Kristen & Chris’s Story

Kristen and Chris met on an online dating app! They talked for a few months, while Kristen was thinking nothing would happen as she was busy with grad school at the time. Clearly, she was wrong! After a while they began dating and have been together for almost 4 years now!

The Proposal!

Chris told Kristen they were going to meet some of his college friends for dinner in New Hope one night in August of 2021. As they were walking by the water, Chris got down on one knee and asked Kristen if she would marry him! Kristen was totally blindsided, and said yes! Chris hired a photographer to capture it all!

Kristen always used to joke with Chris and tell him she wanted him to propose in a field of peonies. While there aren’t fields of peonies in August, Chris surprised Kristen with a bunch of peonies when they arrived home that night. 

I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this coming June at The Manor House at Commonwealth! Here are some of my favorites from their engagement session!
